Wow, wish I would've done this years ago. It works while you do other stuff. Way more stability as well and I don't notice the movement like the manual jacks.

We were so excited to install this item on our Jayco 27.5LTS 5th wheel. After doing all the research online, there was no indication that this would not fit our 5th wheel. The product itself is about 300 lbs when it arrives in the box, and on top of that, it’s expensive, so we researched extensively everything we could find to make sure it would fit. When it arrived and we began the installation process we learned it will not fit on a 5th wheel with a C-Chanel, it only fits on 5th wheels with I-beams. I really wish they would make this clear in the description. Even the manufacturer was surprised it is not stated in the description. Very disappointed.

First off, the package was missing the control box but the seller got a replacement to me. I only recommend a very experienced installer, it was challenging to get it set up right but love the system!

The product was great and the install went pretty well. The instructions weren't the best. I had to go online and do some research for the installation. If you plan to do the install yourself and your are somewhat of a gearhead this will be very easy for you. Make sure you have a good floor jack and jack stands. My fifth Wheel trailer did not have good access so I cut some new access panels in the sides to help with removal and installation. All in all I would recommend installing it yourself. Once installed it worked Fantastic. My set up is now super easy. Don't forget you will need a semi level ground for it to work efficiently and I recommend some large blocks for the rear jacks. I purchased this for our 2015 Jayco 5th wheel for my husband's birthday. Fortunately, he started looking at installing it even though there is snow on the ground!! The bracket would not fit in the I-Beam frame for starters and the rear motorized landing gear is too long to give the 7" clearance needed when retracted. After calling LCI, it turns out that there is one 5th wheel that the system will not fit - ours... They were considerate, and we are able to return it, however, there is a $50.00 shipping fee to return the system. Too bad they did not mention on the product page that it would not fit a Jayco 2015 26RLS.

Took me about 5 hrs to install they need to change the instructions on the remote control it is done with a App on your phone. Installed the app followed instructions works great.

I installed while camping, no instructions came with order but all fell in place with time. Works great nice upgrade to my 2019 Cougar 30RLS.

There are the aftermarket auto-levelers that we installed on our 5th wheel. They make leveling the 5th wheel a snap, and they even came with a wireless controller. We ended up having a 3rd party install this, but because these only required drilling and bolting, one could install them yourself if you are a DIY type.
