My hands get cold easily, and these gloves are a perfect fit - I was able to paddle easily while kayaking in Alaska. When the cold water splashed on my hands, I could not feel a thing. Repelled the water and kept my hands warm. It was a cold day, and we were layered up and in cold water, so these gloves had a great test - highly recommend!

These are good gloves at a good price. They fit well, are plenty flexible enough and easy to pick up things. I wouldn't go in the water without them. Touching anything barehanded could be hazardous, as would getting a cut or scrape. I certainly don't want even a bit of blood of mine in the water...Keep my hands warm in cold water and are comfy enough in warm.Recommend.

I purchased these gloves for the purpose of wearing during my canoe trip up in the boundary waters recently. With heading out there in the fall, you have some colder temperatures to deal with. Another feature for me has been the consistent rain. I wanted some gloves that would allow me to paddle the canoe comfortably, not get in the way as I portaged items, and most importantly, would keep my hands warm despite the weather. These did the trick. I didn't experience much water-resistance with these gloves (the insides were noticeably wet after the rain paddle) but I kept them in my pants pockets when not wearing them and they did keep my hands warm in the elements even though they were a little wet. They held up to the rigors of carrying gear and paddling throughout the trip and I am overall happy with how they performed for this application.

I love these gloves I wear them for polar bear club all winter!

Fits nicely, true to size. Still have good dexterity with them on to buckle a helmet, zip/unzip wetsuit, press buttons.

I bought the 3mm. The fit is nice. The price is great. They are warm. BUT I needed waterproof gloves an these leak at the seems. I will try some seem sealer an hopefully that works.

I do work in lakes when the weather outside can be close to freezing. I got these because while my wetsuit works awesome, I had no boots or gloves, so I would lose all my heat through them. These gloves (and the wetsuit boots I bought) fixed that issue. They go on easily with a nice velcro strap to snug them up if needed, and they do exactly what they are supposed to.

gloves seem to be good quality - i have medium sized hands for a woman and the small is almost too big - but doable
