One of my favorite things to use! I am 5'0 and 108 pounds and I wear this under a t-shirt and Nobody can see it. I wear it for walking to burn more calories and distribute the weight (since I also wear with a vest and ankle weights). I feel the difference/work it puts on my thighs and legs and it doesn't give me back or shoulder pain - so nice alternative for someone who can't wear a vest. The velcro is good and it's so thin, it makes it really nice to wear under a tshirt, etc and is comfortable. Super high quality. Love it!

This is an excellent and quality made weight belt. Much better than weight vests, and doesn’t risk back injury from wearing it. The belt can sit low on your hips, which give you a little swagger when you walk, or higher on your waist for firmer compression. I love it both ways, and definitely recommend it. It’s also straightforward to add or remove the weights. I highly recommend. .

Beautiful belt. Well made. Fits well. Seams are smooth and don’t scratch. It’s lays nice and flat and can be invisible under your clothes - so you can ruck without your coworkers even knowing! I had hoped I could just wear it most of the day in my office, but found that sitting in an office chair with a weight belt around my middle isn’t the most comfortable on my hips! I’ll stick to wearing it when I walk or run errands and get healthier bones while I’m at it. I’m impressed enough with this belt that I’m sure I’ll aim at purchasing more W8FIT products as I progress. Definitely worth the investment.

I got this weight belt to improve my bone density. It is very comfortable and easy to wear over or under clothes. The price was high but I think it is worth it.

It arrived on time. I'm just too busy these days, plus I have a back problem right now, so I haven't tested it out yet. But! The material feels great, the weights are quite accurate, the sleek design appears more discrete than another belt I bought previously which has bulge, as the belt is fitted with sand for the weight- not adjustable. The fastening bit is not your regular velcro, so it promises to last longer. With this i can start out light, then go up to higher weights and even add more when I'm ready! I'm excited to get started

This is the best weight belt I have ever found. It's really slim and comfortable, you can add weight or take it out as you like, and take out all the weights to wash. Love it! Great communication from sellers too!

I really like this belt. I needed something weighing on my hips because of my osteoporosis and this works well. I really like that the weights are removable so that I could start at a lower weight and work myself up to higher weights. Lastly, the quality is excellent. Everything is sewn well and I can see this lasting for a long time. It is worth the money. I am glad I bought the small size because the medium would have been too big even though it is adjustable. Apparently there were some issues with smell. I didn't notice any issues with the smell of the product.

I was wearing a weighted vest on walks but it never was all that comfortable so I didn't look forward to using it. Putting it on was awkward for someone with shoulder injuuries and was a bit of a workout in itself. In particular, the vest put a lot of pressure on my shoulders and upper back, especially my rhomboids, and the sternum strap would slip and produce a mammogram effect (iykyk) and have to be readjusted. It did work my calves, especially on hills, but the best thing about it was taking it off when I got home. This belt is different. It's easy to use and wear, no skin irritation even without a t-shirt under it, and I can tell it's increasing the work my legs have to do. It's so comfortable that sometimes I forget to remove it after my walk. I also like that it's invisible under a loose shirt or rain jacket. The fit is good, just the right amount of shape or curve to it (the top edge is smaller than the lower edge). I was afraid there might be an off-gassing smell to it, as the vest had, but there was none. I'll definitely buy a smaller size if my hips shrink to the extent that I'm hoping they will. Meanwhile, I'm thinking about getting a second one and wearing both at the same time. Thanks, Robin Laird, for recommending it.

Heavy but you don’t feel it. Good for jogging, work out or just walks. Quite thin, can be hidden under the clothes. Love it!

Love it! So comfy. Using it for my daily walks, fits easily under Tshirt and no one can see it. Body feels well balanced while walking. No strain on back neck or shoulders.

The belt is not what I was expecting. It could be my fault. I thought the weights were flexible as my previous belt. I looked at this image and obviously misunderstood. I think it’s misleading though. It’s not comfortable.
