What finish is this, matte or satin? One review mentions a shine, but Im reading alot of quartz are matte.

Thank you for contacting Karran. Our quartz sinks have a matte finish. We would be more than happy to send you a sample if you would prefer. Please contact us at 866-452-7726 or via email at info@karran.

Do they sell a metal drying rack for the bottom of this sink?

Yes, you may find it using this link https://www.amazon.com/Karran-GR-6009-Stainless-Steel-Bottom/dp/B0868VK6W9/ref=sr_1_3?crid=801L2V6YSK1X&keywords=QT-712&qid=1688563014&sprefix=qt-712%2Caps%2C98&sr=8-3

Will this fit in a 31x19 hole?

Thank you for contacting Karran. The hole size is too small for this sink. Please contact customer service at 866-452-7726 or via email at info@karran.com if we can be of further assistance.

Can scratches be buffed or polished out? the new garbage disposal jumped out of the box and into the sink scratching it. bad disposal! bad!
