Love this item. Great purity, freshness and texture. Very pleased with the taste, texture and aroma. Perfect for baking, smoothies, and medicinal drinks.

I can only comment insofar as to how it tastes in a bowl of plain Greek yogurt with granola, blueberries, and honey (the only time I use cinnamon outside of holiday cookie baking,) but it seems every bit as good as the ceylon cinnamon I buy from my local grocer, for a fraction of the cost. Imported from Sri Lanka, which is pretty much the home of ceylon cinnamon. Good resealable packaging. I'll surely be buying it again and again. Much tastier than common cassia cinnamon (more of a mellow sweetness, rather than bitter/spicy,) and safer to consume in larger quantities (>1g/day) as it contains only trace amounts of coumarin in comparison. Research has shown that excessive coumarin consumption can possibly cause liver damage and cancer. It's for this reason that I'd rather not go back to cassia cinnamon, despite the cost savings. (Did I mention that it tastes way better too?!) A side note: the grind is very fine, so it can be a bit of a mess to work with -- I recommend refilling (carefully) into a shaker jar.

This is good quality ground cinnamon, now I only buy Ceylon since I use cinnamon for its health benefits almost daily. I had read the the Cassia cinnamon sold in grocery stores have coumarin in it which can damage the liver. This brand taste good, is fresh, and price is great for the amount of cinnamon you receive.

REAL cinnamon! I didn’t know until recently that a lot of cinnamon we eat isn’t actual cinnamon! Tastes great and is a good price for the amount you get! Great grind quality ABD smells amazing! Authentic!

This taste great. Different then the ones you buy in the store. This has a miled saste to it. I use it in my tea, coffee, French toast, my sister likes it better to. The grind quality is good, freshness is great, healthy benefits. I will order again.

Bought this because I really like cinnamon and probably eat too much of the other kind that contains coumarin. Smells really good but (and I realize how stupid this sounds since it IS bark so still giving it 4 stars) tastes like I'm eating a tree when mixing in with yogurt. For more sparse uses it's completely fine.
