This Xylitol has a almost icing suger type constiuency - prefer the granulated type but it's a completely good Xylitol and a bargain compared to many other brands.Xylitol, a nautral sugar alcohol, has a host of scientifically proven and incredibly powerful dental health benefits and general health benefits - it's only processed by gut bacteria so diabetics can take it (it doesn't spike blood sugar). It doesn't cause laxiative effects like the man made sugar alcohols.

I am on a Keto diet and I prefer Xylitol to Erythritol as it is sweeter per spoonful, without any after taste that I am aware of and the price here on Amazon is competitive. Just one word of warning, don't allow your pets to get hold of it as it is particularly poisonous to dogs.

Excellent product a better alternative to sugar and not over sweet

I like the effect or rather lack of sugar surges using this, I use it as I would have used sugar, but without the bad health effects.

This is a great natural product that tastes great and can have health benefits; unlike sugar which, as far as I know has none whatsoever.

This tastes nice, but I would say that it’s more for cooking rather than spooning into your hot drink. It’s very fine, like icing sugar and tends to clump together.

Only just started using it but it seems ok a bit sweeter than my regular one that I’ve used for years will see how it goes with the baking.

Soddisfatti, continuiamo a farne rifornimento. Ideale per mia mamma che sta seguendo una dieta chetogenica

- Il prezzo è molto competitivo rispetto alle altre confezioni di xilitolo presenti su Amazon- E' a grana molto fine, quindi si scioglie facilmente sia nelle bevande che nei dolci- La confezione è richiudibile e molto comoda- Non ha un retrogusto, si può sostituire in proporzione 1:1 in tutti i dolci NON LIEVITATI. Attenzione: lo xilitolo impedisce la crescita dei lieviti, quindi potete usarlo per fare torte, crostate, biscotti ma NON per lievitati come pane, brioches etc. Assorbe però un po' più acqua quindi suggerirei di aumentare un po' i liquidi nelle ricette.Insomma lo consiglio, non vedo nessun contro. Certo il prezzo per quanto competitivo non è esattamente basso ma il gioco vale la candela.
