I am going to use this vinegar for the first time in traditional coorgh pork recipe. Once I make the dish i will know for sure. Package was in excellent condition with Fragile marking. Also the manufacturer as put it in a glass bottle which is important for any vinegar as it would react with plastic. Thanks for your consideration. Aroma and the thickness of the vinegar is good.
