Spoonable llc, handcrafts decadently delicious confectionery sauces out of our kitchen in Brooklyn, New York. We launched in September 2011 and are now carried in over a 150 high-end gourmet food stores throughout the USA such as Whole Foods, West Elm's Market, Murray's and Zingerman's. We also export to fine stores in Japan (Seibu Department store), the UK (Harrods), France and Hong Kong. We make our sauces from the highest quality sugar, cream, and butter, plus a great sea salt (sel de Camargue). These are the basic ingredients in all our sauces. We don't use preservatives, corn syrup, additives or thickeners. Our all-natural really means all-natural. Taste and texture are what make Spoonable's sauces excellent.
