Ranger EPJ00-709 Embossing Powder .60oz, Holographic, 1.75 x 1.5 x 1.5

The only brand of clear embossing powder I use. I have purchased many jars of this. I stamp in black ink and emboss almost all my cards and tags. It makes a nice crisp stamp so I can paint, etc. without altering the stamped image.

This holographic embossing powder is just as easy to use as any other embossing powder. It gives a spectacular result. Lots of color in just one application. I was surprised that it does give a 'color-changing' emboss just by tilting the paper. It seems to be super fine, which, although it detailed even the finest lines {very crisp detail}, it was very static, and hard to brush off the paper I had under it, {even though I used the 'baby powder' stuff to stop it from clinging everywhere}. I still give it a 5 star rating - it gives is one of a kind look.

This is the best embossing powder I’ve ever used! It heats up pretty fast and cures just as fast! I used it for my wedding invitations and it didn’t chip or flake! It’s amazing.

This stuff is beautiful!!! I've been busy making Christmas cards for this 2023 season and had forgotten I even ordered this. When I switched gears to make a birthday card I knew I wanted to emboss it but the colors I had weren't very exciting... But then I came across this holographic powder in my supplies. So I did the embossing with the blue powder, then did the holographic on top of the blue and... WOW! It came out gorgeous!!! Now I wish I had remembered I had this stuff before I made almost all my Xmas cards, lol... But my loved ones this year will be getting some sparkly birthday cards, I know that! lol The only problem I had was when opening the bottle. I guess the top came loose in shipping and some powder got out and under the plastic wrap. When I removed the plastic wrap I ended up with the powder all over me, my desk, the garbage can... just everywhere. It wasn't a lot that spilled out but you'd never know it by how much stuff is now glittering in there! If it had been a significant amount of waste I would have complained but really it wasn't a lot, it's just like glitter though that it gets into everything... So be careful when you're opening their packaging! I really do not care for the way they are doing it right now with that plastic wrap and hope they upgrade it in the near future. And this is the only reason it's not rated 5 stars from me. Other than that one little mishap I will definitely buy this stuff again when I run out. It's just gorgeous!

Actually a pretty nice product. I mixed a pearlescent powder with some soft acrylic gloss gel and painted a piece of heavy Arches with this mixture. When it dried, I applied a piece of very fine handmade abaca paper (which has short, colored strands of string embedded in it) over the gelled page with PVA glue. Once this dried, I applied embossing medium with the stamp of my choice on the abaca paper, then shook some of the holographic embossing powder over the stamped image. After removing the excess powder, I used a heat tool to set the embossing powder. The effect is really striking: the stamped image glimmers and floats quite delicately on the abaca, but the gelled medium underneath the abaca can be clearly seen through it, along with the embedded pearlescent powder that I added to the gel medium. I am very pleased with the result.

Wonderful product! Powder melts consistently and you get an amazing finish to your products. The holographic glitter creates different colour tints depending on the angle of view. WARNING! The fine holographic glitter dust gets EVERYWHERE if there is a breeze about. I looked like I was in a carnival band after my work with the kids on camp doing stamp art! Very good effect! Gives a great "WOW factor" to your embossing project! I will be purchasing this again.
