If it wasn't it is now. I use it around the house pets 24/7. Seems fine.

When did the new version come out? How can you tell the difference?

I do not know when the new version came out. The shape of the bottle is different but they do fit in the old plug in. The scent appears to be the same.

how do use it . do you pull all the caps off. and the long one the white one
