There is the added benefit (not shown) of it being double sided - portrait on one side and landscape on the other side, with exactly the same content, so you can decide how best you want to hang it up. Well packaged in a tube roll, fitted through the letterbox, and before that, Amazon sent the usual notifications of its delivery time and imminent arrival. All in all, very pleased. You might get cheaper elsewhere but this works for me.

Best generic slant board exercise chart. Clear, concise, no folds and laminated. Better than the Total Gym equivalent. Great price too.
