Very good quality product. It's pretty strong, so don't need much at a time. One pack will last ages.

I ordered 4 bags of moringa powder. They arrived quickly. I'm now on day 4 since I started using it. I think I need more time to notice major changes, but so far I can say that it has made me pee more, and I feel a bit more relaxed and calm than usual. The taste is not bad. lthough I've been taking it with warm water and then switched to warm milk because the water doesn't seen to dissolve the powder so well. I'm looking forward to cooking rice dishes with it and see how I feel after a prolonged use. I've heard too much iron is not good for my liver so I'm trying not to abuse using the moringa powder. So far I've been taking about a table spoon with ~300 ml of water/milk.

Back when I lived in Hawaii around 2007-10, farmers there were just starting to discover moringa as a small tree that is very easy to grow and contains spectacular levels of nutrients good for both humans and farm animals like goats. (It's a beautiful little tree, btw.) The word was that it was saving lives in deprived parts of Africa. When I ended up back in the UK in 2019, I noticed that one can buy moringa as a green vegetable in the frozen section of Indian shops (and sometimes the Indian frozen section in bigger supermarkets). Until recently, I've given it a wide berth because it's very high in oxalates, which I generally need to minimize. But I recently bought this powder and have been putting from a teaspoon to a tablespoon of it in my shakes, because I'd read and heard such good things about its nutrient profile, and especially about how it encourages fat oxidation. Even a small amount of the powder contributes some protein as well, and I'm a bit limited in my protein sources. I haven't been taking it for long enough to be able to tell if it's tipping my oxalates over the edge, and I take days off from it to avoid them building up. It does seem to cause a bit of gut pain and bloating, so if you also have serious inflammatory gut issues, caution might be advisable. This product is well packaged with a zip seal that actually works (!) Note that it's a very fine powder and can easily go everywhere; I scoop some of it out into a glass jar for regular use, put the rest away, and refill the jar as needed; more convenient that way and doesn't wear the seal out (we know how finicky they can be, especially with fine powders!)

This product is a lovely product and you can feel the goodness.Remember that this green powder is a strong leaf powder and is a good herbal medicine.Its good value for money. I find that other sellers exploit the demand of this product and sell this powder for stupid prices. Just because sell it dearer doesn’t mean your getting a better quality. This company who sells this product cheaper are giving you great quality greens and giving you value for money. I would buy again from this company 😜

Got my delivery on time - no issues with that. Unfortunately the bag was burst at the bottom which allowed some powder to get out. But of a mess so I had to transfer it into another container.
