No flavor! Great ingredients.
I’ve been taking this menopause supplement to naturally curb symptoms and they haven’t worsened so I consider that as a win. Dong quai, licorice root, and black cohosh all help with hot flashes and production with estrogen (licorice root in particular). I generally don’t take all the supplements in full dosage or consecutively every day just so that my liver can relax and that’s been working for me overall. This one has no strange flavor which I’ve found in most peri or menopause pills so I highly recommend for that alone. It’s also made in the USA.

Joint and bone support
As we women age, we need extra support for joints and bones. These capsules are easy to swallow and didn't have any taste. The list of ingredients is somewhat perplexing. I do appreciate the calcium (although at only 5% of the recommended daily allowance, I wish it had been more). Some of the other ingredients are not as straightforward. I'm not sure exactly what Dong Quai or Balck Cohosh powder are or what benefits they hold. I was happy to see that this product is made in the USA. I have been taking the capsules for a few weeks and don't notice any changes in my occasional joint pain, but I also haven't had any negative effects.

Still undecided
It’s been over month and not sure if any difference at all. No after taste and easy on my stomach. No aftertaste or adverse reactions. Value is fair for quantity. Ingredients seem to be good just not sure how effective it is with providing any relief for me. If nofhing else good way for me to get some much needed extra calcium.

Slightly Helped with Energy and Mood
I believe this product has helped with energy and overall mood, but the change has not been drastic. It was not a noticeable difference right away, but after consistently taking them, I do believe it has helped me feel more motivated and energized. There is a slight taste to me, but it doesn’t linger too long. There is also a slight smell, but nothing awful. I would say this works decently… at least for me.

Sloppy labeling gives me pause
Menopax is a combination of various substances, from calcium to kelp to licorice powder. The capsules have a moderate odor, probably from the kelp. I'd prefer there be no fillers, but this is a formulation I was interested in trying. One gets desperate in meno-times. Alfa Vitamins are manufactured in Flordia. The icons on the label says "registered FDA facility" and "certified NSF facility," which are good things. However, the unimpressive and sloppy labeling gives me pause; aside from the basic graphic design, there is a notification on the bottle that this counts as a returnable bottle in bottle states. This is not the case. Also, in that notice, they correctly use the "cent" sign the first time, then use a capital C right after. Why does this matter? It reflects on the level of care they take with their products.
