Worked for me.
I have pretty sensitive skin, I'm prone to hives random rashes and have some seborrheic dermatitis. But shaving for over 20 years is so aggravating that I was willing to try at home laser removal vs professional laser removal that looks much stronger. This device worked for me, I followed the directions and I can't say that I'm hairless but the hair that I'm left with after doing the treatment is way way less and much much thinner so I can go longer between shaves and shaving is much easier because the hair is so fine. I started off doing my legs which worked great and now I'm venturing to other body parts but I I'm not going to try this on my face. But it was worth the money I can't say that I'm here list but the hair that I'm left with after doing the treatment is way way less and much much thinner so I can go longer between shaves and shaving is much easier because the hair is so fine. I started off doing my legs which worked great and now I'm venturing to other body parts but I am not going to try this on my face. But it was worth the money it's and I have moderate body hair. Some body parts are more stubborn than others for example my underarms and bikini line are taking a lot longer than my legs did but that's fine with me. I will probably do a second round in a year or so and will update again.

It's not working
I bought it in May, but I couldn't start using it until know that I realized it doesn't work(I was sunburned because I was travelling and according to the directions you have to wait until your skin is not sunburned). There is a flashlight it has to be seen when you're using it , but with mine nothing happens and I don't feel anything, it turns on, but then it doesn't work. Therefore I want to use the warranty to change it for one that works well.

Works, but slowly
I have had the unit since August 2016 and I have waited until now to write the review. I purchased this item from Amazon and paid for the unit myself. I waited because I wanted to be sure I was seeing results and not just imagining that it was working. I would recommend that you take a picture of an area so you have some reference to compare to. The first area I did was my face, especially the upper lip and chin. It is a SLOW process. I was ready to give up after a month when I didn't see any big difference. But I have a friend who is having laser treatments (and spending BIG bucks for it) and she told me that she goes every 7 weeks for a treatment and they told her it might take a year to get rid of all the hair. And remember, laser only works on dark hair. I have mostly white/grey hair so laser wasn't an option for me. So I kept going. Then I started noticing a difference. I still have some hair on my upper lip but it's much less and I never get the coarse black hair anymore. My chin is even better. No more coarse black or white hair and very little hair left at all. I am now working on my cheeks and sideburn areas. I am starting my underarms as well. It does seem to get rid of the dark hair first. I had about 50% dark hair under my arms and I see much less of it. I still have a lot of white hair left. So, this isn't a fast process. And given the small window on the machine, it takes a while to treat a large area. I am loaning it to a friend every other week and she is treating her legs. She has a lot of coarse black hair. She has been using it for a little over a month now and says there are some places that the hair is gone and other places the hair seems to be finer. She wishes she had taken a picture of her ankle area so she had a reference. It is taking her a long time to treat each leg because of the small size of the unit and she can't always remember where she stopped so it is hard to be sure she is getting full coverage with the unit. But she is happy with the results. We both figure that it really doesn't matter if we have to continue treatments for a year or even longer. I bought the unit so we might as well use it. If the laser treatments take that long, we should give this unit at least that much time.I do not follow the instructions with the unit. I am too impatient. So on the week I have the unit, I use it every day. I also zap each spot 5 to 6 times before moving to a new spot. But this is me and I am willing to take the risk. If you have sensitive skin or don't mind waiting for results, then please follow their instructions.

I have been using this device for 6 months in ...
I have been using this device for 6 months in hopes of eliminating unwanted facial hair, unfortunately it did not work. I have used it 3 to 4 times a week, sometimes even daily. I think some of the facial hair is less thick but it certainly has not been a successful device. My facial hair is white to light blonde.

better go the professional route
After 8 treatments, underarms are about 60% hair-free. Unfortunately, in the bikini area, which was my main reason for purchasing the product, from what I can tell hasn't had any effect whatsoever, no hair reduction at all. The Underarm hair that isn't gone continues to grow at normal rate, it's hasn't slowed regrowth back. I will continue to use hoping to get at least all underarm gone, since I doubt I can get my money back. I would suggest getting a groupon deal and getting it professionally done which is what I now plan on doing.I was *not* provided with this item at a discount, unfortunately paid full price with my own money. This is my honest review and opinion.
