What type of power cable do I need for this. Where do I get it

It is just a standard 3 pronged cord and I just used one from an old piece of computer equipment. You can buy them at Best Buy and other places if you don't have one laying around.

Can I use this amp with regular speakers or is for headphones?

This amp is designed for speakers and works even better with a pre-amp. Banana plug connectors are required to hook up the speakers. I believe they chose this design as vacuum tubes and their circuits need to be under load while the amp is powered on to avoid burning them out prematurely.
