I can agree with Lew on Unbox Therapy that the two units I ordered had surprising good call quality as I had talked to my uncle for an hour on it while it still had a full charge afterwards. He was able to hear me clearly and I was also able to change the voice settings so he could verify if my voice had actually changed. I find the menu navigation pretty good on such a device for its small screen. I would not use it on a daily basis, but rather as a backup phone and conversation piece. For the purchaser, please be aware that this is a 2G phone, so make sure your sim/carrier will support it - I use T-mobile sim on this phone and it worked fine. I was able to sync it with my iPhone for Bluetooth calling, but was unable to successfully do Bluetooth calling with my Android phone smartwatch. As for aesthetics, I prefer this style better than another competitor on desertcart since their pen phone looks bulky, awkward, and "toy-ish" even though their's are cheaper. With that being said, there was another reviewer who said that call quality was terrible. My question to him/her would be did you try to change the voice settings from the phone menu to "none". Also, there is another setting available during a call for frequency setting (which I assume adjusts an audio filter setting on voice on the call) in question as well. Negatives: Shipping via 4PX is extremely slow, so be patient for delivery, and I was not able to successfully setup Bluetooth calling to my smartwatch phone.
