Exactly What An Athlete Needs
I'm always on the lookout for a good sports drink and it seems to get more difficult to find a proper drink when many of them are overloaded with sugar and stimulants. I'm an avid cross-fitter and finding the best product that fits in with my Paleo nutrition plan is proving to be quite difficult. I found HDX Mix through a friend and gave it a go. The first thing I noticed was the great taste. It was light and didn’t leave that gummy taste in my mouth that some sports drinks tend to do. I also noticed that when I drink HDX I can push my workouts harder and I am not as tired as I used to be after the WOD. If you’re on the hunt for a healthy sports drink I definitely would recommend giving HDX a try. They come in packets so you have to use your own water bottle which I think is great considering I happen to be a tree-hugging/plastic-hating quasi-environmentalist. The message behind it is pretty awesome. I'm a huge fan.
