Easy to use
This filter works as expected. Very easy to install. It has high flow of water so it's time saving for me while cooking. Our tap water has chlorine smell previously couldn't drink it directly now the smell has reduced on using this. We don't know whether it removes contaminated particles but the water tastes better after using this.

We usually get the pur series. We thought we would take a chance on a different style. This filter did not disappoint. it comes with 2 filters inserts which is nice. Easy to install. Water flow new is more than a pur new. both slow down over time.

Ehh, it’s just okay..
Hard time installing. Taste was the same as tap water.. not exactly as pictured. Beggining to question if this even has any benefit?

Worth it
I've had it for over a week and so far, so good. I can definitely taste the difference in my water. I got it because I couldn't afford the Edington model so I figured this would be a good substitute, and it turns out I was right. The water pressure is really good too. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase! Will definitely be gifting these to my friends.

Waste of money
This was a totally useless filtering system. It removed nothing in the way of bad taste. I went back to drinking bottled water.

Now that I have this I don’t have to buy a bottled water this faucet filter is really good and now our water is safe for drinking thanks to this it save me money.

Received a replacement
We’ve only had this water filter for 4 months and it’s already broken! The part that connected the filter to the faucet came loose because the threads split and came out completely. I’m very disappointed with this product. UPDATE - from 1 star to 5 July 2020 Jonyj has sent us a replacement of this water filter and it’s working great so far. I really appreciate their quick response and customer service. Thank you!
