I can't make pizza without this anymore. I docked a star for two reasons: 1) the shaker holes are oddly sized - a little too big for sprinkling directly, but too small for putting a spoon in. 2) I go through the garlic & cheese blend much more quickly than the other three. I can't imagine wanting as a large quantity of pepper flakes at a time as garlic & cheese.
