Yea but it snugs you ur head I lean over in manholes and it stays

does the size adjust with a knob?

Yes, the ratchet suspension can be adjusted between hat sizes 6 1/2 and 8. There is a vertical adjustment capability that makes the hat more secure and conducive to more head sizes.

Do you have some with manufacture date stamped for 2021?

The only ones that we have in stock at the moment with a manufacturing date of 2021 is the Black Full Brim. (HHBLK2004). We have plenty in stock of the white full brim, just not labeled 2021. Thanks!
