Amazon Basics 2-Seater Outdoor Couch and Patio Furniture Cover, Waterproof Lounge Sofa Cover, UV Resistant, Click-Close Straps, 38" x 54" x 29", Beige/Tan

This is the BEST patio furniture cover that I have found! It is made of sturdy canvas as described, not some thin flimsy plastic disguised as "canvas-like" by other brands. I have one that has lasted me for over 3 years and is still going strong (under a covered patio in mild weather year round). It fits my 2-seater perfectly with plenty of room, protects from dirt and is waterproof. I tried ordering other brands and they were all just thin plastic described as canvas. So back to the "Basics"! The coupon price also made it easier to compare the quality and value of the different brands. I appreciate Amazon Basics for accurately describing their product and following through. I ordered another one. Highly recommend for quality, long- lasting endurance, and price value. I hope this helps.

Second day we had it was a true test. Had extremely high winds and rain and it looked like these covers didn’t even budge! I believe the leg buckles in addition to the drawstring is genius as it ensures a more snug fit and that the covers won’t lift off the chairs in high wides. Putting them on was super easy. I just noticed my neighbors has the exact same ones for their patio chairs. They’ve had them for about 4 years now and there are definitely tears in the fabric now. Therefore, it’s likely I will have to replace these every 3 years or so which isn’t great, but we get wicked winds here, thankfully they are pretty inexpensive. I’ll cross that bridge when I get there, for now they are good!

This is the second one I have purchased, the first one lasted several year without any issues, just needed to be replaced for a freshen up. The quality is very good and for the price you will be hard pressed to find anything better.

I tried some of the more expensive brands, and they all seem to fall apart after a year or two one way or another, so I decided to try the cheaper amazon one instead. I’m glad I did. This one lasted 2 years, which is about average for all brands I’ve tried, but at a cheaper price. The amazon one eventually split in the middle of the fabric, and this happened along one of edge/corners of our lounge, so I do think it would have lasted even longer if I had taken the advice in another review to “pad” the corners. Some other brands have really poor stitching or trim that disintegrates quickly in sun/UV, which would be harder to prolong. This fabric also eventually starts to disintegrate, just like all of them, but at a similar pace to others. I have tried “thicker/heavier” fabrics, and I don’t think they last longer. All you need is one hole and then it starts to rip easy, and a heavier fabric might even put more stress on the pressure points. I also like the khaki color, as all of these covers seem to fade toward this color anyway. In sum, just consider these disposable, get the cheapest one that fits, get a couple years out of it, and then get something new. I will be purchasing this again.

Good

Really great quality and keeps our outdoor furniture in good condition. Is exactly as described in terms of size, color, and thickness. Also seems to be water resistant with light rain and it stays in place well during storms.

For a good year, the patio covers did a fantastic job protecting my furniture from sun, storms, winds, rain, and snow (I live in the Midwest where we have all four seasons). By the end of the first year, I noticed tiny tears appearing around the parts where it meets the "sharp" edge of my patio furniture -- please see the photos to see what I mean by "sharp" edge of my patio furniture, especially on the arm rests. I don't blame the product at all - it was my fault for not preventing that in the first place. So, I replaced the patio covers with new second sets -- this time, I cut/bungee-corded pool noodle sections on the edge of my patio arm rests ONLY when I put on the patio covers. This way, the fabric of the patio covers will last a lot longer. I am sharing this in the hopes it helps someone else who may run into the same issue. So, folks... take a look at your own patio furniture and check that there aren't sharp edges that will compromise the integrity of the patio covers. I am truly happy with these patio covers and am fairly optimistic my second set will last a lot longer!

These used to be great, but about 2yrs ago they switched to a cheaper plastic fabric that dry rots after only one year of weather exposure in Arizona. Please bring back the old material that lasted 2-3yrs.

It was delivered on time and worked perfectly. The chair cover quality is very good, I recommend it :)

Excellent quality, roomy and exactly what I needed for Outdoor three seater couch. My couch is now perfectly covered and can weather all seasons.

VERY GOOD QUALITY AND GOOD SIZE. RECOMMENDED.

yes. yes. good. the quality is there. I bought this to replace the absolute piece of garbage I bought at Canadian Tire. Good enough quality to (perhaps) last a couple of years, but cheap enough to buy every year. The bottom clasps work very well and the drawstring is helpful for the really windy days. A few big storms and I've found it to be completely waterproof. yay.
