Most amazing chair! You will not regret this purchase ! The COVID changed my whole work situation. I’ve gone from apx 5 hrs a week sitting at my home desk to over 40 hrs! Within weeks of this transition, my back began to hurt so badly that I thought I might need to see a doctor. Then it dawned on me , it’s my office chair. I did a lot of research-( tested as many chairs that I could at all local Furniture and office chain stores. I read reviews on- line. I realized that a quality office chair was going cost me some money but give me my mobility back and take away my back pain. My research paid off! This chair is worth every penny! Perfect for me! No more back pain in fact when I sit down in this chair I feel a therapeutic comfort! I am 6’ tall so this chair was one of the few that accommodated my long legs with the deep seat and supports my lower back. Also, the adjustable arm rests allow for a perfect positioning of my arms regardless of task at desk. Assembly wasn’t too bad and came with required parts and tools. You owe it to yourself to buy this chair.

Was a great chair for almost 2 years, but unfortunately now consistently lowers to the bottom when sitting on it. Contacted product support and they have not responded. For an $800 chair, this is very disappointing.

As an office worker the approximate height and weight of an NBA power forward, I quickly learned that office furniture is not built for the vertically-advantaged. While fairly expensive, the tall configuration of this chair is well worth it for any desk-bound 6'6"+ folks out there who spend most of their day sitting down. It's also compatible with extra-tall chair gas cylinders if your circumstances allow for it. Your back and shoulders will thank you. Assembly is simple and straightforward. My one gripe is that the arm rests squeak like crazy when they are extended to their maximum height. Dropping them down one notch is the only thing that seems to help. Tightening the allen bolts that secure the arm rests to the chair frame does nothing, and the internal mechanism on the arm rests from whence the squeak originates is not accessible.

I've bought this chair 3 times now, and haven't had any issues with them. My personal chair has been going for strong for almost three years now and it's as solid as the day I bought it. Even the fabric has held up wonderfully Also worth noting, I'm nearly 7 feet tall, and this is the only chair I've ever comfortably sat in.

So overall I like the chair l. It reclines and supports me well at 6’4”. That said the seat has two elevating bolts at the back that cause the seat to tip forward. You can’t sit comfortably without feeling like you are sliding off the chair just a bit at a time. I’m considering returning it just for this issue.

Terrible chair. Do not buy. Seller has not responded to my emails. No way to contact Amazon. Now I have to try to disassemble the lousy chair and hope to get a refund. What a mistake! DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!

As a tall person at around 6'8, I highly approve of this product (I got the tall version). I've never had such an ergonomically satisfying product. If you're around my height, you understand the struggle it is to find a seat in which your legs are able to extend to a 90 degree angle comfortably. I even had to lower the chair just a tad bit because it was actually a little bit too tall at the highest setting. This means this chair could easily work well for someone up to potentially 7 feet tall. They even gave me the normal sized hydraulic part just in case the tall one was too tall (or maybe if in the future you got rid of it to someone shorter, just swap out the hydraulics). The assembly was easy to follow, probably around 30 minutes tops. While the price may be a bit on the higher end, this is arguably one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever owned.

I'm 6'9" and I've had this chair for 6 months. I use it frequently, and have used it in marathon work/gaming sessions. It's been an excellent chair. For those who are tall, you will have no concerns regarding comfort/the chair back (and the adjustable head rest has a good range to it, adding to the comfort factor). I've been very pleased. This chair was an investment, and I was ready to cut bait within the return period if it wasn't good value. Instead, it's a fixture at my house, and I'm considering buying one for my office (if we return to a full office environment, of course!).
