I absolutely love this stuff! Went through my first jar so quick I just ordered more. It helps cool the heat from swelling and the icy cold effect distracts me from the initial pain. Feels like a longer lasting ice pack! Drys pretty quick and doesn’t leave a sticky residue behind either. Smells great and doesn’t stain or ruin clothes and blankets. Definitely worth trying

I put this on my knees at night bc of arthritis, works, make sure it dries before putting on clothes or going under the sheets.
