This is a very attractive necklace and very comfortable. Smooth edges that lie flat with the individual pieces fitting together nicely.I was involved in a serious accident as a child and have had neck pain for over seventy years. It took about a week to notice any improvement. I've now continued to wear it daily. My neck pain is greatly diminished and the pain spasms in my lower back are all but gone.I highly recommend this necklace. It is not just attractive. It has given me lasting relief of pain.

I bought it for arthritis pain in my neck, but I love how it looks too! I get compliments on it all the time from men and women. I would definitely recommend it for both pain relief and on how it looks.

I ll make it short and sweet. I love the quality and love the build, and the material feels nice on my skin. The only Qualm I have is that in a little over a year I have had this necklace, a couple of links have broken and I have had to bring it to be repaired to the Jewelry store various times. I joked with them I will keep playing this game untill we are out of links!

I like it. I have been wearin it for a while. I have notice improvements in my neck and left shoulder. I can move my neck more than before.

I gave 3 stars because the necklace is upside down with the magnets away from my skin more than it is correct. Even when I place it mags down it will not lay flat in front the links won’t allow it.

The lock of the neckles is not working properly

I had an accident when I was 18 where I nearly broke my neck. Back then the doctors said I'd have arthritis in my neck later in life. Well now I do and was looking for this to provide at least some relief. Didn't do a thing for it. I wasn't expecting total relief, but at least a little. As a matter of fact all it did was get stuck in my chest hair.
