These are brilliant, I was suffering from hip pains and knew it was my foot alignment. Since using these no hip or any of joint pains when running. Easy to fit, great quality, reasonable priced and really supportive

Working great so far, provided great support and comfort on their first 10k trail run outing. Would buy again.

A stocky, heavy runner (5' 11" and 95kg) I also over pronate. As a result I need a combination of support & cushioning in my running shoe & insole combination. These superfeet pain relief insoles provides the near ideal combination for me (appreciating there is strong element of individual preference in that) when used with my favoured Asics (Kayano or Fujitrabuco) shoes. Other brands tried seem to either provide excellent cushioning (i.e. Sorbathane) at the expense of support or overly hard and aggressive support particular under my foot arch. For sizing although the E is supposedly only up to UK 9.5 I find them the best fit (with the heel support horseshoe piece inserted) for my UK 10 sized Asics running shoes. I was concerned they would be slightly too small and hence move within the shoe which has not occurred. It also avoids the excessive trimming required if the larger size is bought. Being particularly critical I feel that the cushioning under the ball of the foot could be further enhanced however that has to be a minor point compared to the key drawback which is the expense of this brand of insoles. At around £35 a pair they add significantly to the cost of a decent pair of running shoes and hence you need to be a dedicated runner or one suffering a fair degree of pain to justify the expense.

They are perfect for me , my feet are more comfortable with them , especially being on my feet for long periods of time , the rubber heals I tried but were better without for me

Useless for this money. If you want to waste some please buy. Not helpful for my heel pain at all. Try other cheaper options if you want to try

I currently suffer with a bruised heal. But using these insoles, it was like running on a cloud.

Ich verwende die Superfeet Einlegesohlen seit vielen Jahren in meinen Wanderschuhen. Für mich sind sie perfekt, deshalb bestelle ich sie mir immer wieder, wenn ich mir neue Wanderschuhe kaufe. Ich kann sie auf jeden Fall empfehlen, auch wenn sie sehr teuer sind.

I really needed this for my Allbirds shoes. I have the Tree Runner and it really made it comfortable. Their own insole was okay but I am 120kg and 185cm tall so a big guy, and I easily flattened their insole. This insole lasts around 9-12 months in my experience and I used it as a daily walker and also as a wedding photographer.
