Stop Focusing on the Color - These olives are NATURAL, No Ferrous Gluconate - They TASTE GREAT!
Since these olives don't use the commonly used Ferrous Gluconate as a color stabilizer, they will not have that shiny black color we are all used to. They have more of a faded black, brownish color, which is completely normal. The most important part is the taste and texture, and these taste just like sliced olives from Lindsay. Considering these are pre-sliced, the price is also excellent! ** DO NOT BUT AMAZON OLIVES ** They taste AWFUL and have a chewy texture. You have been warned.

Great olives
Our family loves loves black olives. These are great tasting, good quality, never had a stray seed. I'm only giving 4 stars because every time we get a shipment at least 1 can is dented in shipment.

Black Olives subtlety
