Great Seat
Got this one sale, for a great price for Britax, works like it should, nothing fancy, which was what we were looking for, easy to get baby in and out. Fits in my small car too which is nice.

A lot of good features
I will have to admit, I was spoiled with my infant seat of a Chicco Keyfit 30. To me, that was the ultimate seat with practically no issues. This seat is also very good. I purchased this as a seat to leave with my babysitters. I switch between two babysitters each week, so it was a must to find a seat that was both portable and super easy to install correctly. This fits the bill on both accounts! It is light, so it is easy to drag back and forth between cars. Additionally, since the seat belt can be strapped right over the fabric, it is so easy to install it tight using a seat belt. I recognize this is a much less expensive seat than the Diono Radian RXT (which is the seat I now use in my own vehicle), but I can definitely tell a difference in the overall quality of the seats. The Diono sits much lower to the seat (lower center of gravity, which I have read is more safe). Additionally, the Diono is much, much heavier due to the steel frame, which supposedly makes it a safer seat. Also, the Diono seat has a much higher weight capacity both rear facing and front facing. Lastly, the Diono has more head protection with the safety wings than this seat does. All in all, this Britax works perfect as a seat for the babysitters. It is safe and easy to install. For the long trips, I feel a little safer with my baby in the Diono Radian RXT. However, after using both brands, if I could go back I would probably opt for one of the more expensive Britax Convertible seats as my main carseat instead of the Diono Radian RXT because I am much happier with the ease of use and comfort of the Britax seat.

No quality control
Super dissapointed. Britax was my go to brand for my oldest. Shopping for my second I thought we were getting a bargain with this one. Not at all!!! Fabric came unravelled at the seams after the first wash. I hand washed and put out in the line on a windy day. I came back out to see huge seams undone. Not good quality at all. Now we're shopping for our third child's convertible car seat (x2) for both cars. Very hesitant to go with britax even when looking at 350 plus dollars. Britax online system not at all user friendly to complain to.

Not so great for rear facing
We have the older version of this seat and it is awesome but this new one is all plastic on the bottom. It has no secure way to run the seat belt through to get a tight fit for rear facing, the old seat had latches that held the seat belt in place but this one does not. I would go one up from this base model if I could buy again.

It's just ok
Good car seat, but for the price you can find something more comfortable for your child. I was expecting more comfort than my cheap evenflo car seat, but honestly it's almost the same. Probably the Britax it's more safe, but for he same price you can get something better from other brands

Britax
I have the Britax Boulevard in Caitlin for my car & we just got the roundabout in Kathryn for my husbands. The main difference I can see is the material, my boulevard is like a cool smooth cotton & I certainly like the fact I can just slide the height of the straps up & down quickly. The roundabout straps have to be actually threaded through & the seat material is like a velvety texture , which looks & feels like my baby may get hot quickly (she seems to be hot natured). I guess I can alway change the seat cover. I will say this, my child dosent really like to be confined or in a car seat but she does really well in britax , they are very padded , seem to sit her at a more upright position & I think she likes bring able to see out her window . Car rides have been alot more enjoyable for everyone since we use these. So if you have a fussy baby I would try this (not to mention it is very safe) . We also have a graco nautilus & a safety first alpha omega & I paid as much for them as I did the roundabout & hands down I love the britax for comfort, safety & simplicity .

worth every penny
i got this print, because it was cheaper, and i didn't really care. after four kids the print of a car seat makes no difference to me, if there is a print that is $50 cheaper, sign me up!!however, the print is adorable, so we love it. and it's a britax, which i've never had a brand that even comes close to this one, so that's even better.if you can afford it, buy this brand. if you have to skimp on something that they won't use as much, or as long, just to afford this brand...then do it.you will not regret spending the money. this one is so much easier to use than any other brand we've tried. so much more user-friendly. so easy to adjust as your baby gets taller.i bought my first car set 25 years ago, and they have come a long way. this one is by far the best.
