Defective product
This time the product was damaged, sticks broken and powder oozing out of packing. A better packing can help product survive a longer.

Product ok but packing could be better.
The product is a favour my doggie devoured the last lot... This time won't touch the chicken flavoured ones. Which is super strange. I wish she could tell me why she doesn't care for them anymore. :P The packaging both times had ripped open during the delivery. Not sure if any of the contents were lost... There is no additional plastic outer layer or box. Please look into this and find a cost effective solution. Kindly send biscuits which are edible and not old stock (crumbly with a couple of insects) yes, it maybe free - but that doesn't mean you provide just anything. Rather don't offer it at all.

Best quality product offered at a very reasonable price in the market
This product combo is value for the price, if you have a medium size breed like golden retriever or Labrador. 1 combo serves almost 3 months. The packaging is sometimes tampered or torn but always received the sticks with good quality. As I have a good storage containers to store 4kg sticks it didn’t bother me. If other customers are facing quality issues, packaging can be improved as shipping/Storage conditions might impact the shelf life of meat. Otherwise, overall quality of the product is good and is offered at a very reasonable price compared to similar products in the market.
