Got it for my niece for her 16th birthday and she loves it. Everyday since she has been jammin to music. It has some great quality and bass and lately she's been hooked on Micheal Jackson songs so waking up to Billie Jean and smooth criminal has been pretty nice sofar

This speaker works really well. The sound quality is great and the lights make it fun. It gets way louder than we thought it would! Great buy

I like the ability to use USB or micro SDcard, but, the biggest complaint is no way to shuffle the music. I have the songs alphabetical in the root directory of the SD card. It plays them in order alphabetically. The LEDcan be turned off, you,its use the remote to do so. Volume and battery life seem good. Will try this spring and summer outside, once the wi term snows leave us alone.

Threatened to show up at my boyfriend's house with a boombox if I didn't see him within 2 days. I showed up with it last night. He thought it was hilarious. But it worked perfectly. Lights on it are pretty cool and the sound quality is great. Gifted it to my boyfriend as a surprise and he loves it!

Update 3 months later: I thought this was the one so that’s why I got another one thinking it wasn’t like the first one. I really loved this radio, sounds good, looks good, but straight garbage. A total complete waste of money. Please do not waste your time and money like I did. I got to find another way to wake up and listen to my gospel. I’m pist about my time and money. The first one started making strange noises and the other one completely stop charging in the middle of my gospel. I’m pist off... May 2020: Now listen to me. I order from amazon faithfully and don’t write as many reviews as I should but I had to write one on this Tenmiya. Now this one is awesome. I’m not getting paid to do this or anything cuz that’s what I be thinking looking at some of the reviews 😂🤣 but still take my chances. But this baby is worth every dollar. My speaker went out and I actually went to Best Buy on a 100 dollar budget and got one that was like this for a hundred bucks; waterproof and all and sounded ridiculous; too much base was the problem for such a nice wireless speaker no matter what setting I put it on. Couldn’t believe it so I took it back the next day and went on amazon searching. But to be honest, what actually got me was the lights and how cute it was so I took my chances and I’m more than satisfied. It’s awesome and fits right into my electronic family. Not worried about anything with a three year warranty. Can’t go wrong with this one, best birthday gift ever for the price and had money left out my budget to buy a microphone since it’s for karaoke also. Best purchase ever.... Oh yeah and I love the strap. I walk thru the neighborhood playing old school for my neighbors. They love it 😂🤣😅😂🤣😅

First the bad then the good; lights stay on and you can’t control it so it’s cool at first and will definitely draw a lot of attention in crowds especially at night. But when you just want to relax maybe hook it up to your tv or something just chill in your house it can be a bit annoying.. and if you try to cover it then you risk blocking out the sound.. speaking of which, I was genuinely surprised how loud it gets especially in open spaces.. unlike closed spaces where the sound bounces off something and comes back to you.. it gets up there but I wish it was louder and at least for the radio louder is better but I find that Bluetooth can start to get a bit tinny if you know what I mean.. so I don’t go all the way up most times.. now when you first turn it on and connect that’s fine, but sometimes I wish it switches to the last thing you were on before shutting it off.. if I was listening to a radio station and I quickly turned it off and back on for whatever reason it will only turn on to the Bluetooth and reconnect with my device.. but I was just listening to something and just want to continue listening to that.. you get what I’m saying?! I might be nitpicking.. I also don’t like that there isn’t a clock.. I’m so used to just watching the screen to quickly check for the time no matter what device I’m using so I find myself looking at it and going Ooh yeah ?!?! It doesn’t do that it can’t show me the time. Instead I just get the word blue in red on the screen and nothing else or whatever station I’m on at the moment.. It feels cheap or like a toy.. I couldn’t believe how light it is for its size, not complaining at all but even some of the smaller smart speakers I’ve owned has more weight that this and gripping the handle you can hear a clicking sound because of the cheap plastic material it’s made with, for now not a huge issue but I don’t see it lasting a long time, it still might but I’m doubtful, not that I don’t take care of my stuff. I really do and can make them last longer than they should.. but accidents happen and I can just sense something coming. lol you know that feeling when you buy something new and start using it. Anyways the base is not there.. I’m used to more heavy BASS at least attached to me when I sling it on like a bag pack or fannypack it’s against my chest I can feel a little something but again just comparing it to more expensive brands I’ve used in the past… which isn’t fair I know but still they are smaller and still pack a punch. I feel like if they utilized all that extra space, it could’ve been a beast. But that’s just smart speakers, I specifically got this because of it’s versatility I don’t know if I’m the only one who appreciates radio some stations do play some classics and I don’t see the point of buying songs or subscribing to any music apps to listen to stuff I can for free either through radio or YT or whatever.. or don’t see the point in loading up my phone with songs wasting space.. so I couldn’t find a good enough speaker with all my research so i decided to look for a radio instead with a loud enough speaker attached and here we are. Now the good; the battery life definitely surpassed my expectations and surprised me. I was really expecting 24/hrs or less again, comparing just portable speakers I’ve used in the past.. but no and I do like that it still works while charging as well but on a full charge I’m talking about blasting the radio blasting the Bluetooth nonstop music and movies/tvshows sometimes going to sleep waking up to it still playing im talking 3 whole days.. wow i dont know how they do it but it’s definitely impressive. Thought that part can be considered a con too because the on/off switch is a nob you turn and not touchscreen or a button there’s no automatic shut off function to save even more battery life.. speaking of which i forgot another con the time it takes to charge it and I have a smart plug to which charges stuff safer faster and it’s still takes a really long time, I can go out come back and it’s still charging or go to be wake up and it’s still charging.. but I just schedule it around my life.. so I go out certain times for work and I make sure it’s charged, and when I’m not at work and just chilling in the house I can just binge whatever with no care in the world, except when I start to hear this beep, or more like an interruption while watching something.. and the battery will start flashing to let me know it’s low. Which is kinda weird because it shows a full battery icon all the time even when it’s clearly on its last breath but I barely look at the screen anymore at this point, because I know where whatever button is I need and I just press it when needed. That’s it for now thanks for taking the time to read if anything else comes up I’ll let you know but for now it is definitely a recommendation to anyone 👍🏾 I’m sure if the company takes some of the things into consideration and tries to make a new product down the line from the feed back I’m sure it would be amazing.. and the material scuffs easily as well so be mindful where you place it and what you put near or on it. Those footpads definitely didn’t last the adhesive wasn’t strong enough and half fell off and I didn’t even realize and I took off the other two but I mostly hang it somewhere anyways so it’s rearly on it’s feet.. just either hanging or strapped on me like a bagpack

Bought in April 2023 for garage, by pool, tubing at river, boat at lake etc. dropped multiple times, cracked housing and still connects Bluetooth, plays radio just fine. Sound quality is decent and volume just right. Definitely recommend.

Gave this to me son last year for Christmas and it did not disappoint, have had no issues with it , Excellent base , Subwoofer lives up to the expectations you can feel the base throughout the house, stays charged for long time with a lot of use , highly recommended for pre teens and teens , well worth the price , would buy again

Volume button is a little messed up on the radio other than that very good quality and very good battery life needs better instructions and manual how to use all the features like it that you can turn off the LED lights wish it was a c charging plug and charging port should be on back and not the front
