It does a great job of toning down unwanted brassiness and helping blonde, highlighted, and gray tones look fresher and brighter. The formula feels gentle on my hair, leaves it soft and manageable, and doesn’t leave it feeling dry like some purple shampoos can. I love that it is sulfate-free and made for color-treated hair. It has become a great addition to my hair care routine, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to maintain beautiful cool-toned hair!

These L’Oreal set doesn’t dry my hair and keeps the caramel color of my highlights as if it was the first day from the salon. Also, the price is right!

I have naturally black hair and recently got partial highlights. My hairstylist recommended this purple shampoo and conditioner to help neutralize brassiness and keep the lighter sections from turning yellow too quickly. The purple shampoo did a nice job maintaining the color, and the conditioner was fairly moisturizing. However, my hair had already been damaged from the bleaching process, so it still felt dry and rough after washing. While this set helped with color maintenance, it couldn't restore the texture of heavily processed hair. I eventually dyed my hair back to black, so I didn't finish the remaining product. If your goal is to extend the life of blonde or highlighted hair, it works as intended, but don't expect it to repair bleach damage on its own.

The purple shampoo and conditioner work very well. Makes your hair shiny and soft. Will keep using it.
