Great filters that work!!! they do exactly what they are supposed to do. Take all the particles out of the air so your body doesn't have to. I have recently tried some knockoffs that seem to be performing as well as these for a quarter of the the price. By having multiple units in my house it seems to greatly extend the life of the filters. I keep an eye on the pre filters and will use the shop vac to clean them off and usually replace every six months instead of three. The HEPA filters often last 18 months or more. Put them in your cart and keep an eye on the price or set an alert on camelcamelcamel.com when they drop in the $60 range stock up or give the knock offs a try.

After much research, I originally ordered the "best" generic version of these. Bad idea. The outer (black) macro filter was the right shape but less fine than Honeywell's. But the generic version failed because the HEPA filter did not fit snuggly, letting all sorts of particles be drawn through the admittedly very small gaps, but then we're talking REALLY small particle. The net effect was to make the room's air worse by blowing the particles around.These work perfectly. The HEPA filters fit very snug; in fact a bit difficult to insert. The unit is once again working great. So, yes, these cost more but they are worth it. Absolutely buy these IMHO.

Once every few years I get mad at the price of the OEM replacements and I go out and buy the no-name brand pre-filters. I run into the same thing every single time. They are too thick and restrict the airflow and basically suffocate the machine. The last one was literally just spreading dust around and choking me.I ran out and used an old Non-OEM. The replacements came today (despite being left in the rain with paper packaging) and already the air circulation is better, the machine is making less noise and I can breathe again. Don't listen to me if you want. but I am never buying (and I've tried many) off brand prefilters. I'd rather buy a new machine.

It's exactly what you would think - the official replacement outer filter for the specified Honeywell air purifying units. This isn't the internal HEPA filters, but considering it's a multi-layered approach, I think it's important to use these too - if nothing else it keeps a lot of the bigger stuff from clogging up the more expensive filters. The model numbers can be a little confusing, and this box was a lot smaller than I expected it to be, but it was just because the filters were folded up inside. A great value - essentially two years' worth of outer filters if you only have one purifier, or a year if you have two.

I’ve been using this type of filter and recently found this version that’s precut to size. Not having to cut the filter myself made changing filters faster and cleaner.

Great but be aware of size...I have two air cleaners. didn’t realize they were different sizes til I went to buy new filters! These fit my big one perfectly and I had to trim off a few inches for it to fit my smaller but that was easy and thickness perfect. I have had my one air cleaner for over 6 years and usually just vacuumed the filter every month or so... first time to buy new... extra dusty from construction so a new one in order but basically, these last and do t be afraid to vacuum them.. with the hand held attachment! Great product and came I’m with four. Happy!

Happy to find 4 filters at a reasonable price. We really appreciate the air filter and find that there is so much less dust around especially for a severe asthmatic. The only drawback was the price of replacement filters so we were very pleased to find a box of 4 which is a year's supply of the A filters at a reasonable price. They fit perfectly and were easy to install.

The updated material is substantially better than the old replacements with much better density and quality. It fits the HPA300 correctly.

Can't really say much more . They are just good air filters

I was have a very hard time finding the proper pre-filter to fit my Honeywell Insight HPA5250. The included manual gave filter model numbers that simply do not fit this unit. As the manual was for full line, it looks like they only gave the smallest filter part number. I decided to shop by size instead and chose this 4-pack which is for the the largest unit in the Insight line.Using the old filter as template, i trimmed to fit and solved the problem. I ended up with enough left over to also replace filter in my old HPA-051c! I will be able to replace filter in my HHT-011c as well with left over trim from next Insight replacement.

Product works as expected.
