well made, safe.
it arrived, was easy to assemble, it was missing M-1 and M-2 screws.. i couldn't find the seller or manufacturer to find the screws, but the lift worked without them, though a bit unsafer. the professionals wanted also me to purchase an extra battery as a failsafe. but it worked well, it felt safe, the two larger back wheels, made going over bumps easier. i would easily purchase this product again.

Really like the boom bracket. Very quite. As close as the heavy duty hospital lifts. Fraction of the price. Easy to assemble.

Missing all in one special clip sling # 30504. It was to be in the box with the lift.
Missing the all in one special clip sling # 30504; which was to be in the box with the lift. The sling # 39594 is the only sling to be used with this lift. I am 6’5” tall and 350 pounds 100% handicapped. The lift and sling are made for to work together to allow caregivers to transport me. CORRECTION: ALL IN ONE SPECIAL. CLIP SLING #30504.

So easy to use.
I use the patient lift for my husband four to six times a day...in and out of his wheelchair, and bedtime. This unit has excellent maneuvering and easy to attach the lift.

A Bit Disappointed
Pleased with lift but very disappointed lift purchase did not include stand assist sling which us required to operate lift. Now until I can find one, I can't use the lift..

Works well on solid flooring, fairly easy to use!
