is this product for inswing or outswing doors?

I use it on out swing storm door. I suppose it could be used on a in swing also

The one answer so farsays this is for aluminum doors only. Looking at the pic seems like it could be used on wood door also. Does anyone else know?

If the thickness of your wood door is within the limits stated for the latch, and if all the through-holes are the correct sizes and in the right places , then I don't see any reason you couldn't use it on a wooden door. I installed it in the spring, and it has seemed like a good quality latch so far. Personally, I wouldn't hesitate to put it on a wooden screen door.
