Sturdy and Good Quality
The fan was made out of sturdy material. Came in good condition. Since it's summer right now so came in handy as a hand fan. Easily fits anywhere and is portable. The good thing about this is that in case you do not want to use it as a hand fan you can use it as a wall decoration item.

It was a tad flimsy but I used it as my bridal bouquet and it served the job perfectly

Curled, not flat
This is a rather flimsy fan that won't lie flat so the air flows off in the wrong direction.It does have a sturdy handle with a loop on the end so it can be hung on a hook.For the hefty price ($10.00) this fan should be sturdy and flat.
