Yo, Little Brother . . . Volume II: Basic Rules of Survival for Young African American Males (2) Paperback – April 1, 2007

I purchused this book out of sheer desperation for a youth that needed some guidance that I was unable to give him because i believe the advice needed to come from a male prospective. He read it and enjoyed it and passed it on and I read it and now have suggested that every male of color read this.

A must read.. my boys are in their late 20s and all live by the principals. One is in medical school. Executive of a company and the third is college. This is a wonderful book. If you want your young men to succeed give them guidance.

Very good book for African-American young boys/men to read. Great information on how to approach life issues facing African-American young men.

Both books-Volume1 and 2 offer invaluable insights for an African-American boy's life. Boys (jr. high) up to late stage adolescents (i.e. 22 yrs) appreciate the wisdom and take the book's practical advice to head and heart.

This book is great for young African American males. It gives all of the information they need even if they have their fathers in their life, because believe me, their father has not told them half of what's in here.

This is a very informative and helpful book. I have learned a lot and seriously recommend that everyone read it!
