My 16 year old has sinfully straight hair that won't hold curls without product and is terrified to do her own hair and get burned. This does not get hot, does not need chemicals and her hair has held the curl all day today! You can touch tip to your face, seriously no burns. Insert strand of hair, twist twice and pull down for beautiful bouncy curls! We were pulled aside to try at a mall, didn't pay $350 for it, but definitely worth what we did pay, also lifetime guarantee and I get to rehome about 9 other wands and irons as this replaces them all! Seriously impressed with this product! She got a pink one!

The Outside Construction Material is Not Good.
The outside material gets tacky after a few years depending on the product you use in your hair. It will cause you to burn your hair as I have because of this. The coating on the outside material wears off and is no longer smooth instead it’s more of a tacky rubber. The manufacturer needs to come up with a better solution to this problem. I really love the curling iron and wish I could still use it for the money I paid for it.
