Q: Can this be used with Tips ?

Yes! I use it with tips all the time. Works great

Q: when I finished the process it had shine but it looked foggy, like there were tiny bubbles in it. Any suggestions or am I doing something wrong?

I've found that working the brush with the liquid base toward and away from the cuticle works the fluid into most of those tiny bubbles. It also helps to dip quickly into and out of the powders so less powder is picked up.

Q: Can you use a regular nail polish over dipped nails if desired?

Yes and you can change it if you do not leave nail polish remover on it too long.

Q: At first it lasted a whole two weeks, now every time I do my nails it’ll chip or crack off completely after a few days, Any advice?

Make sure ur nail is sanded to a rough surface then washed and clear nails of any oils.
