Took two days from time of order to delivery. Very easy to put together. Looks great. Got the electrical hook up three day ago. Have used it 3 times. Works great. In 15 minutes the temp gets up to 195 and shortly after gets up to 200 - 204. Great heat. Very pleased with the quality of the product. Definitely recommend.

The sauna is well constructed but the heater area could be better constructed. The electrical installation could be better documented. The 220 v wiring is 220v single phase with the neutral line not hooked up The supplied instruction says it has power and neutral and ground which is not usual for 220 v hookup in USA. It heats up in about 30 to 40 mins. It take two men or a strong woman which fits my wife

Look closely at the sellers' photos of the sauna. This is an Infrared Sauna structure. It does not hold up to high temperatures. I bought one two years ago and the vinyl door seal has melted and the hinges fell apart because of the heat. I paid a carpenter $3,000 to line mine with cedar paneling and bought my own hot rock heater for $1,000. The heater that came with mine was fraudulently labeled as a SAWO brand. My electrician would not hook it up because it is not UL-approved. I suggest you look elsewhere.

Its been over a year and i use it every week. The only down side i see is that heater takes about 20 to 25 minutes to heat up but other than that, I love the product overall. It was very easy to assemble. Requires 40 Amp circuit to be installed wherever the sauna will be installed. So if you don't have it then get your electrician to give you an estimate for that. The cost of installation varies based on the distance of the circuit. Two small or medium frame size humans can fit although it will be cramped in there. 1 large frame person will sit in comfortably.
