How long do the ice packs last for? I will be travelling for 10hrs before i can refrigerate my medication.

It depends on the weather on the day, but 10hrs I wouldn't recommend risking. I would say 6-7 hours max, providing you stick it with an external assisting cool block in a cool bag.

Quite compact, kept insulin cold after six hours travel

Bought for my husband who now needs to inject insulin. It is nice and compact and it comfortably held the frozen ice packs and two pens and the other paraphernalia he needed. We took it to Turkey and it was still cold after a long journey by taxi, bus and coach as well as a four hour flight. Knowing this helped reduce my stress levels as he only recently started on insulin.
