Water in my house is from borewell with TDS of more than 300. I have been having severe hair fall and dry skin. Looking at the reviews of this product and also based on recommendation from a friend I bought this product. Its been about 3 weeks now. Installation was very easy and I could fit it myself to the tap with the instructions and tools provided with the pack. Within 1-2 days of using this, my dry skin has reduced. I have also reduced usage of moisturiser from every day to once a week. Not yet sure about hair fall improvement. Will observe and update later. Good product.

Bought this product this weeks back, initially the filter was not fitting in the tap, so called customer care and they gave a whatsapp number to share the photo of the tap and they have told me the issue. Very happy with customer service as they had given prompt response. Installation is easy and we can refer to youtube videos also for installation. As there are multiple adapters given , i can use this in both my bathrooms. my taps are different in both the bathrooms, so just remove from one and attach in the other. We are using in kitchen in the night time for cleaning vessels too. its only 2 weeks that we installed the product, i could see an improvement in the quality of water as our water source is borewell water. the company has clearly mentioned that TDS will not reduce. Its only 2 weeks now and will use for another 1-2 months and then share an updated feedback on the product.

Never buy it guys .... just bad experience.... very poor ...water comes too slow, like 1 balti will filled after an hour..... its taken minimum 45 minits to fully filled ....😔

I bought this product on 8 nov and received on time but when i installed this product , after few minutes device machine is showing leakage then i replaced this order and when i re- installed this again another product also showing leakage between white and gray body. I am very much disappointed , so there is manufacturing defect. Company needs improvement. Now about the product , i have used this leakage product for one it is cleaning the water as stated , infact i found the difference between the watwr i used earlier before using this. Product needs improvement.

Filters big particles of dirt from the water easily and all the dirty things are removed. I didn't even know how bad my water was before using it.

I’ve put it in my baby’s bathroom. We get tanker water and so the water used to be pale yellow and would sometimes smell strange. Ever since we have installed this device the water has no color or smell.
