I did a whole lot of damage to my shoulder and elbow when removing the grout from our floors and by the end of the project, I could hardly use my elbow. It was recommended I purchase an elbow support. I tried a few (one-size fits all never works). I found this bandage and tried it out. It is wonderful. I've been using it about 45 days and my elbow is mostly pain free. It took a few days to become accustomed to the tightness but that is probably the thing that helped my elbow to heal. It's been cleaned in the washer and allowed to air dry (it has rubber in it so I didn't put it in the dryer). It's retained its shape and support. I love this product... it has helped so much. I would definitely recommend this product... and the price was quite reasonable.

good product could be better on quality. I have been using this for two weeks now and it is comfortably good and helps with my tennis elbow. i would give 5 stars but the velcro seems to pull fabric and it looks like it wont last with the velcro pulling some materials on the fabric. I hope the reviews help with quality control

This is a VERY supportive brace. It pushes up against the edge of cutting off circulation without actually doing so. I have used it to both bolster my elbow, and to separate the tendon support strap/device that I bought from my skin (another product entirely) due to an allergic reaction.A real life(style)-saver for me.

These braces fit nice and feel good, but...... the elastic strap that wraps around is the same wrap direction on both braces as if they were both for the same arm. Another thing to note is the velcro on the strap damages the brace everywhere you apply it so the material gets picked and more fuzzy each time you wrap and re-wrap. I will use these until they are not usable, which is most likely a few short months but when it comes time to replace them I will look for another product.

This has worked great in helping my tennis elbow and computing forearm muscle soreness. I have relatively skinny arms (11") for a grown man and the L/XL fits me perfectly, so I suspect it would be too tight for people with larger forearms. It does loosen up a little if I don't wash it for a week, but tightens back up in the dryer.

I recently have been dealing with tennis elbow and elbow pain in general. I tried several other support sleeves only to have them no offer enough compression or the actual portion that offered pressure to the area below the elbow that offers relief from the tennis elbow symptoms would never hold.This sleep has been wonderful. It offers uniform compression, stays in place and the strap stays fixed no matter how loose or tight I have it. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for such an item.

These were purchased after finding out I was allergic to kinesio tape adhesives. I coach cheer and tumbling and do a lot of lifting kids, but also have joint issues (accute hypermobility synd.) Which is requiring extra support of elbows during coaching sessions. I really went back and forth about these, but I can say they do their job.They are thick, so there is a lot of excess "material" when your arm is bent past 45°, this then almost makes spotting harder because the muscles are forced to bend against the resistence of the material in the way. It also seems to slide down some even though the size for my arms is snug, almost a little too compressive. I like how the ends stay flat and don't roll, and the material is a consistent compression all the way around. My velcro to attach the elastic is VERY sticky, which is great, but it's truly difficult to undo without having a way to hold the sleeve to pull against...One other thing I noticed is that because they are not made "right or "left" the extra elastic band goes the same direction so if you wanted to criss cross your band (instead of doing a flat wrap at the bottom) and attach it, it would go to the inside on one arm and to the outside on the other arm. It'll take me some more uses to know if it was worth the purchase, if it loosens up a little after time, things like that. I do love that it's not thin and flimsy and I expect the other details wouldnt cause me to not purchase again.

Thank GOD for these! Have tried other types with little improvement. My tendonitis was getting so bad that my sleep was interrupted due to pain. Found these bad boys and started noticing relief the first day. I had been suffering for months, to the point I couldn't even pick up a coffee cup. Within about two weeks, I was so much better that I could fish again. Now I wear them whenever I am going to do things that I KNOW aggravate my arms and I am fine! These things are awesome!!!!!!

This is a good brace but it has a major flaw. Where are the strap stretches and Velcro‘s around the arm the Velcro is not big enough and it sticks to the brace and damages the material. I have had to add a much larger piece of Velcro on both ends so it won’t wear the material of the brace out. Makes you wonder why companies can’t think of this!
