I am giving 4 star Because I wish the packaging of this product was a little taken care of. No major damage to the book, but the edges of the book was slightly damaged. The content inside is very useful if you are looking to reflect on yourself and navigate your emotional journey. The promts are very interesting, the paper quality is also very good. It is small in size so if you have a very big handwriting, you might have issues while writing because the space is not that big. Overall, I would recommend this book if you’re looking for five year timeline of seeing your emotional growth and learning about how you have improved emotionally over a period of time

Diary itself is nice. But no plastic to cover it, dirty, scratched, and looks used. I wanted to give it as a present but can’t in this condition. Very disappointed. Waste of money

I was quite skeptical about the product at first. But when I received it I honestly have grown to like it more especially after I started writing it down. One thing to mind is that it is not a diary where you write down your feelings of the day (though you can do that if you want to) but rather a record of who and what you are at present and who you will become in the coming years. Have you grown mentally or physically? Or still, the same person you are 5 years ago. I hope whoever bought this book be consistent with it and acknowledges yourself from a different perspective every day, month, or year. Also having these random questions every day opens up a new idea or new perspective of things that you don't usually think about on a day-to-day basis. So it is quite different and fun in a way that you anticipate an exciting question to answer after jotting down all the things that you have done the day.

The cover has spots and marks which are not looking good for giving gift to someone. Disappointed

Es el mismo formato que el "Q & A" standard (marrón), pero con otros tonos, aunque igual de pequeño, cómodo para llevar encima (16x11x3 cm) Super recomendable para uno mismo o para regalo. Eso sí, está EN INGLÉS.
