PBN - Premium Body Nutrition Micellar Casein 2kg Strawberry

I trialled casein 6 months or so ago and have kept using it since then. I'm not sure if I see any noticeable difference in terms of muscle growth/maintenance, however I do find that taking casein before bed prevents me getting hungry during the night. This alone makes it worth it to me. Many other protein powders have become prohibitively expensive over the last 12-18 months, so I have been switching brands a lot. Having found PBN I have found my new go-to though. Their flavours are great - not too overpowering or sickly - and the powder mixes fairly well. The powder is finer than many, which means it does clump more, but if you mix it well and leave it to stand for 5 minutes it's fine. The price point is fantastic, and it's not a low quality protein mix like many cheaper powders.

Wasn't sure what to expect from this brand and I must say I'm pleasantly surprised. It mixes well , smooth consistency with no real clumps. The taste is good not overly sweet and perfect last thing for that slow releasing protein during the night. For the price and amount of servings you get, it's bloody worth it

I agree with another one of the Reviews, it's a lottery what you're going to get. My first few purchases of this were completely different from the last 2 tubs received. The first purchases were a thinner mix and a tastier mix. Extremely tasty actually. The last two tubs have been chalky, extremely thick and much less tasty. It also doesn't mix as well in a shaker. I don't understand this. How can the product be so different. I've still given it 4 stars as it's great value, but please can we have some consistency in the product. By that I mean this thin, enjoyable mix.

Best value casein around. Flavour pretty much as one would expect - strawberry perhaps a bit sweet, but nice enough. Standard casein otherwise; mix carefully to avoid inhalation.

Bought this as good reviews and macros ok, but it's far too sweet, really sickly and very articial tasting...pretty foul tbh.

Strawberry flavour - Yummy! Great support for gains, first whey protein that does not make me bloated (I have only been able to use vegan proteins so far). Price x content x quantity score: 10/10 Recommend!

So, i normally use whey - i have tried many brands but these days i find Whey is either very expensive, or full of sweetners, or theyre horrible to mix up in a shaker on-the-go and have lumps (some shakes are comparable to drinking a dirty pint on a night out!@!) So i took a punt, £24 per 2kg tub. Never heard of caesein before, nor this brand so after googling it and readimg reviews, it seems to be a slower acting protien. So, i went for it.... now this has become my bedtime recovery shake and i no longer wake up in the morning feeling hungry so its definitely a longer active protien. The taste and texture is literally comparable to mixing up angel delight and drinking it without whisking uo to a mousse- 2 small scoops fills my entire 700ml shaker with thick shake and mixes really well in a hand shaker considering its consistency. I am so impressed, i initally chose 'subscribe and save' to cancel it for the 15% discount on offer. I have decided to keep the subscription and this will become a regular purchase from me every 3 months, so long as the quality doesn't change. Tidy.

J'ai de la Whey de Decathlon et franchement elle est tellement sucrée aussi bien au chocolat qu'à la vanille, j'ai du mal à finir les paquets, c'est tellement écoeurant. J'étais donc très septique mais vraiment elle n'est pas beaucoup sucré, j'y ajoute même ma glycine et aucun problème de goût de sucre. Aucun goût désagréable non plus pour moi, ça ressemble au lait fraise, ou fromage blanc à la fraise. J'aime beaucoup le goût. Elle se mélange très bien avec un shaker ironmaxx acheté à moins de 5€ sur Amazon, aucun grumeaux, pas trop liquide ou trop pâteux non plus, je dirais onctueux. Pour les effets je viens de commencer mais mon but est de m'aider à avoir davantage de protéines car je n'en mange pas suffisamment donc je serai de mauvais conseils pour les sportifs. Mais je suis très contente pour le prix, j'en rachèterai c'est sûr ! Je viens de le commander à la vanille et pas déçue non plus. Pas trop sucré, pas de goût chimique. Ça ressemble à de la Danette à la vanille je trouve, bien onctueuse. Les 2 parfums sont vraiment très bons pour un prix plus que raisonnable car les pots sont immenses. J'alterne ça permet de ne pas se lasser.

Mit Wasser vermischt ist es nicht zu süß und schäumt auch nicht auf. Alles in Allem günstig und lecker. Erdbeer 2kg.

mi piace, mi riempia di piu' essendo una proteina di rilascio lento nei confronti col whey protein. Lo prendo alla mattina per colazione con l'avena oppure dopo l'allenamento

Me ha sorprendido gratamente , el sabor fresa es perfecto de sabor y la disolución muy buena como marcas que te costarán el doble y lo digo por experiencia después de muchos años en el fitness , pensé que metería la pata con esta compra pero para nada , compraré otro para tener de repuesto. Solo le veo un fallo y es que solo hay tres sabores muy básicos ... Pero bueno el de fresa me apañaré sin problemas
