Clutch Chairz Track Series (Bravo Black/Red)

I just got this chair and assembled it today. First impression is that it's very well build an sturdy, also super comfortable. Other reviews I have read people say they have fallen asleep in this chair and I can totally see why. I'm using this chair as a primary office chair in my home office, as well as for gaming. I'm going to be working from home and bill be in this chair 10-12 hours a day between work and personal time so I wanted something that would last, and was also comfortable. It was a little bit of a pain to assemble and would definitely be much easier with a second set of hands to help especially when attaching the back to the seat. The pillow and lumbar support are both memory foam and very comfortable. I like the chair without the lumbar support but will keep the pillow attached 24/7. I would probably only use the lumbar pillow if my lower back was hurting because it tries to force you an abnormal posture. Currently I use a Herman Miller Aeron chair at work and so far the Clutch chair is far more comfortable. The Aeron digs into the back of my thighs and isn't as soft and cushy, also it provides no head/neck support which results in frequent headaches. Also the Aeron's arm rests are a little bit hard on the elbows. The Clutch chair has the ability to adjust the arm rests forward so they are under your forearms rather than your elbows which eases some of the pressure. This is great for someone like myself who has early stage cubital tunnel syndrome. In addition to the forward/backward armrest adjustment, they are also adjustable up and down as well as angle in and out. The chair also has your standard height adjustment as well as seat tilt adjustment which can be locked in at any position between the minimum and maximum tilt. This chair can also be almost fully reclined and remains quite stable due to long legged metal base. After lunch nap maybe? My only regret is that I didn't splurge for the Clutch Throttle chair which is about 4" taller on the back and about 1" wider in the seat. This would have made for a more roomy fit but the shift works fine for me @ 5'10" 245lb.

We purchased this chair for our son for Christmas. We had it almost completely put together when we realized it was missing both side covers that cover the hardware. We do NOT want to send it back because we already put it together. We just want the parts. Seller as not responded after 2 messages. Other than missing pieces, the chair is great and comfortable.

I have to say that when my son asked for this chair, I had low expectations and did not like the price tag. I really thought it was just a scam marketed to teens who gamed. However, I looked it over and it certainly LOOKED solid and ergonomic--and, well, he just wanted it so badly. I had to get the solid black rather than the more "outgoing" colors, so he could use it as long as possible with out it standing out like a sore thumb. It came in time for Christmas. That was the first plus--it was not supposed to come until afterwards. He put it together with my husband and it took them under 20 minutes. My son immediately sat in it and worked all the controls (impressive and much like a Herman Miller office chair). I sat in it and.....I wish I had one. Comfy is an understatement.

Ordered this chair November 30, 2017 and writing this September 22nd 2018. I'm a male, weight 280lbs currently I game a lot and also work an IT job remote at home and get daily use out of this chair and it still helps my posture be correct with all the cushions and supports, the head pillow is a great perk I didn't expect would be so good when you want to lay back sometimes in those moments of work/gaming frustration or to relax. **Changing to one star, customer service follow through is terrible, they simply don't respond.

Their seat padding fades within 3 months - the gas cylinder doesn't work - you can't position the chair as it's advertised. Their customer support takes MONTHS to respond to an Amazon request, in fact, their customer support has tanked. I used to love Clutch and have gone out of my way to buy this chair in the past multiple times - when the product quality was actually good. But now I advise to stay away. Poor product quality and now poor customer support. Save your time, save your money, buy a real chair instead of this gimmick chair

This chair is fantastic. It is easy to put together. It took two of us 25 minutes. The instructions are fairly east to follow. It is very sturdy, looks sharp and after spending a few hours a day sitting in it, I can say that it is very comfortable.

My son said the chair is/was too small and he was uncomfortable. Worst part was trying to return it. Had to take it all apart after ups refused to accept it in one piece.

This chair is amazing! For work - playing video games - or for a college student!

Never purchase anything from Clutch its all cheap garbage marked up cause people will pay it.

The Good: -Chair is of top quality and feels really nice. I have sat in it all day and don't feel nearly as tired as my previous chair. -Chair makes no noise or creaking sounds when sitting in it and rocking back and forth -The extra provided headrest pillow and back support are a must and feel really good. -Casters and frame feel sturdy and the chair rolls around very good. The "Ok": - The armrests move in a lot of different ways. Up, down, side to side but they never quite seem to be in the right spot for me. I kinda wish they would go out a bit further as I have wider shoulders. They are made from a soft plastic and not the pu leather so hopefully they will last a long time. -Chair doesn't quite go completely flat almost (who needs a bed anyways?) The Bad: -The chair uses only a basic gas piston that does not go up and down very far. Max seat height is ~20 inches and Min is about 16.5 inches. This information was not available from clutch prior to ordering (I tried to reach out via twitter to no avail) - Chair arrived damaged. The side covers that cover up the seat to back attachment were cracked upon arrival. I contacted Clutch about this issue and they apparently know of this problem and are actually working on a new cover design to survive shipping better. They offered to send me out a replacement set once complete. That part hasn't arrived yet, but it's only been a few weeks.
