As good as OEM
Purchased for 2016 GMC Yukon; Feels just as sturdy and appears to be manufactured exactly the same. I took the key out, used a small screwdriver- inserted it in the bottom slot and gently pried open the cover from the bottom towards the top, transferred the circuit board and inserted new battery. The new fob case snapped together securely and all the buttons operate perfectly. Not having the GMC logo on the back of the new case is fine. We kept the old fob just in case it's need later on down the road. Super happy with purchase!

Perfect replacement for my broken original factory fob.
This was easy to take apart. Easy to put together, and worked perfectly right away. Much chaper than getting this at the local Batteries Plus.

Direct replacement
This was an easy direct replacement for our 2017 Tahoe. Took maybe a minute to change mine over to this one and I am back to new again. The rubber cover had completely disconnected from my old one and exposed the interior to dirt and moisture. Had been torn for a while so I wish I’d have done this a while back. Would definitely buy again.

Bought this Fob for my 2016 Yukon. Only used the face, kept the portion with my GMC logo. Works great.

Great little product.
Wasn't exactly what I was expecting. I thought it was a replacement shell. Turns out it is a slip cover. Actually better. It gives the remote added durability and the buttons work perfectly. You have to press a little harder for the buttons to function but having readable buttons again is worth it. Much cheaper than buying a new remote and having to program it. Which I also did because I only had one remote.
