It’s only 4 calories and is not metabolized by the body, so it’s considered sugar free and that is why it’s also keto friendly

No it does not crystallize. I have used this a long time and it’s the only baking sweetener I use.

If it contains 8g of carbs and 4g of erythritol that equals 4 net carbs. How is it zero net carbs?

Our bodies process erythritol and allulose in similar ways. Neither is broken down as a sugar, because we lack the enzymes to do so. With erythritol it's due to the alcohol group, while with allulose it's because it's the epimer (think mirror reflection) of fructose. So the carbs for allulose are also subtracted.
