Great product for a great price!
I'm 5'1 and weighed 125 lbs. with some back issues before getting pregnant. I got this band at about 34 weeks because my back was starting to hurt more and for a longer period of time. This band is amazing! I measured 36.5" around the waist but still went a size up to a medium in case I grew some more in my final few weeks. I could have gotten a small but with all the Velcro bands, a medium works just fine. I don't wear it while driving because it's not super comfortable with the seatbelt and not being able to move around in the seat a lot. In the office, I'm okay with wearing it while sitting down since I'm able to change positions more comfortably, and it especially helps when I'm walking around and/or on my feet. I can feel the band supporting my belly and holding it up so that it takes a lot of the weight off my back. I do notice a difference when I wear this band for most of the day versus wearing it here and there. I would definitely recommend this support band to others (and I have!) and also wearing it for several hours during the day. My back isn't so stiff and sore when I lay down at night after wearing it almost all day long. It also hides pretty well under clothes. Since I'm due in January, I haven't had to wear it in the hot summer months, so I don't know how it feels then, but it doesn't make me feel all itchy or anything now. This belt works perfectly for me!

Comfortable, supportive, and affordable
I'm 27 weeks pregnant now and just starting to get a bit of back pain, so I opted to pick up this highly-rated band. I walk 6+ miles a day on my walking workstation and run a few days a week, and this band has been AMAZING for both those activities. No more back pain and my belly just feels nicely supported. My back gets a bit sweaty in this if I'm working hard, but it's not bad. Oh, and the pocket in the back for a hot/cold pack is excellent. I can definitely say that it's important to measure yourself accurately for this! As indicated on the listing, measure around your body with the tape at your lower back in the back and under your belly in the front. I'm wearing a size 10/Medium in my maternity apparel and my belly isn't too big, so I was certain I'd be a medium. Come to find out, I'm 44"! That put me in between the large and XL. I went with the XL to give myself room to grow and the band is just a touch big at this point. It's not bad, though. If you're in between sizes, I'd suggest scaling up unless you're pretty far along. Overall, I'm quite happy with this. It's affordable, comfortable, simple to use (put it on, adjust the side straps, you're done), and effective.

Must have for last trimester with multiples
This belt provides excellent support and is very comfortable for both sitting and standing. I am 8 mo pregnant with twins and during the second trimester was able to get away with just the mini-cradle. The mini-cradle stopped helping me around week 28 - i started getting back pains. This belt is amazing. It is contoured to your body and has multiple adjustments that allow you to get a very nice, supporting fit. Cons - the belt ships with no instructions. The first time I put it on, I did it incorrectly and after half a day of wear was ready to send it back because it felt really uncomfortable. You have to put it on in front of a large mirror, so that you can check that it's centered (the two outer velcro straps should be on-center with your spine) and that you are putting it right side up (the Gabrialla logo in front helps you figure out at first which way is up). About craftsmanship. Overall, it's a very robust belt which, I think, is well made. HOWEVER, I already had to fix a portion of the stitching, because if you are not super careful when adjusting the velcro, the velcro can pull up the stitches and even undo some of them. Overall, this is minor nuisance and so far, after 1 week of wear, I am happy with the belt and would definitely recommend it for the last trimester with multiples. About the size - I followed the sizing chart that shows up as an image on the product page. To my surprise, it showed that I am XL... I'm 5'10'', currently at 174lbs, 142lbs pre-pregnancy (about size 6-8 in Gap). Well, ladies, XL fits me just right. There is room for adjustment and expansion but it is NOT big. I'm not crazy to be wearing something in XL size, but... it's true to the chart, so the item is true to size.

Okay but a bit uncomfortable
I bought a support belt at the recommendation of my doctor's office late in my sixth month. I started having some sciatic pain on my right side and my hip was really tightening up on that side as well so the hope was that the belt may distribute the weight on my back and hip a little bit better. I've made some other lifestyle changes as well (flats or wedge heels, massage, resting more often, sitting up at my desk properly, etc) but I do think the belt has been part of the reason my back has improved. It provides support to my back without being restrictive or making me feel rigid. I can wear it under clothes next to my skin and it doesn't scratch or itch. It also doesn't make me look bulky or lumpy even with a closer fitting sweater over it. I ordered a large and it fits well on my belly which is about 42" around at the belly button. My main complaint is that I'm carrying very low so when I sit down the bottom front of the belt really digs into my groin area. It's fine when I'm standing but when I sit I'm constantly digging at it to move the front up a little. I still think the benefits of wearing it outweigh the discomfort but by the end of the workday I'm incredibly relieved to be rid of the thing. Hopefully other moms who try this product are carrying a bit higher than I am so they get all of the positives without this big negative.

Does the trick!
This is my first pregnancy, so I was blind sided by the back and stomach pain that hit me in the 2nd trimester. I'm a small girl, so all the stretching and my growing belly were very painful. I had a hard time walking around the house, shopping, etc. I finally decided to get a maternity belt--this was one of the first I saw and I'm glad I got it. There is almost immediate relief when I put it on after a long day (pregnancy brain, I forget to wear it sometimes). The pressure on my back feels nice, it supports my belly, and it's not really noticeable under clothes. I can always tell a difference between days that I wear it and days that I don't. It's one piece, so it's simple to put on and take off. You adjust the side straps to your liking, and then the front opening is adjustable as well. You should only really have to adjust those side straps once (unless you get a lot bigger). Some people complain that it doesn't feel good on the skin--OF COURSE NOT! It's a belt! Belts aren't meant to be worn under your pants. Maternity pants have really high waists anyways, so I wear mine over the pants and under my shirt(s). I've never had any issues with discomfort, chafing, etc. Great product that does what it says it will! PS-It says it can help prevent stretch marks, and I haven't seen any yet. I do use tummy butter, so I'm not sure if it's the belt, the butter, both, or just luck.

Amazing relief from this belt!
I got this belt to help relieve pressure on my hips, lower back, and sciatic nerve as my belly grows with my baby. This productโs description and size guide is very helpful in determining which size to order, and the belt is practically unnoticeable under my clothes.

Immense back pain!
I ordered this belt with very high hopes. I am a runner and have been experiencing round ligament pain since 20 weeks, mostly while running. Now at 32 weeks I am having round ligament pain during any physical activity, so I was really hoping this belt would help me continue to remain active. When it arrived I immediately took it out of the package to try it out. First of all, the sizing chart on the box I received did not match the sizing chart on the amazon product listed. I ordered a large and according to the box I received I should be an XL. In any case, it does fit, but without a lot of room for much more growth. Also, I was disappointed to find that there are absolutely no instructions on how to put this thing on. Once I got it on and adjusted to where it was feeling good I walked around the house a bit. It really didn't offer the belly support I was expecting, but it still felt like there was a little lift there. It mostly felt like it would be a good belt for someone needing back support, however, there is a huge gap at the top of the back. No amount of adjusting got this gap to go away. Regardless, I decided to take my dogs on a walk to test it out. I literally got no more than a quarter mile from my house and I was in tears with pain and almost had to call my husband to come get me with the car. While I wasn't experiencing the round ligament pain I had grown accustomed to, I started having shooting sciatica type pain in my lower back and every single step was excruciating. I removed the belt and somehow made it home where I collapsed into a child's pose as my husband massaged the pain out of my screaming sacro-iliac region. I did give this belt a few more chances in the comfort of my own home while doing chores with the same result - shooting pain. I know a lot of people rave over this belt, but it really was detrimental to me. I am returning it.

Not for me
Not bad product, just was not for me. Band under belly was too thin for my liking.

Great belt but sent wrong size.
I ordered an XL size and was very disappointed to see I was sent a medium. I like the support it offers but I won't be able to wear it for much longer until I receive the correct size.

Great for second half of pregnancy running
It looks rather medical but it has been great for late second and third trimester running, taking some of the pressure off round ligaments.

Good
I am a CrossFit girly and this belt worked perfectly fine during pregnancy. Was lifting weights with no issues at all as well as running in early weeks of pregnancy. Will try use it now during postpartum when I get back to CrossFit

Helpful for pregnancy discomfort
Was recommended to me by my physiotherapist. Helped relieve a lot of pregnancy-related discomfort and made walking and standing more comfortable. Make sure you check the sizing chart as you canโt return this item if you get the wrong size.
