Got this to replace the Heroes Pride rubber belts that barely last a month or two before tearing. So far? This thing is great. Way more comfortable than heroes pride, and works just as well. I am converted. This will be my go-to from now on…though with it still going strong, it’s hard to say when/if I’ll need to buy another.

Can’t work a shift without it. I have worn 50 hours a week for about 8 months and the belt is still holding up. The adjustment allows for a great fit for any size waist. The belt stays locked after adjustment for a comfortable and tight fit.

I have used the stirrup style stays for close to 20 years now and finally switched to this. I like it, it works and is easy to use, but I have concerns about the longevity of it. The constant pressure on the loop end, along with the daily in and out of the hook going onto the loop end, may cause it to split faster than I'd like. So far it is holding up, quality seems to be good, and it has plenty of room for adjustment, but the wear and tear will eventually set it. So, I would recommend this as of now and if it breaks within a year, I'll be sure to update this review.

I've seen in a few reviews that it would help hold up your pants. It doesn't.. it rolls down as your pants fall. Now to be fair. It does pull on you shirt and keeps it tuck. So works as advertised but not for pants.

This thing works way better then the leg to feet ones and you don’t have the annoying band rubbing your leg. Highly recommend

Belt makes use of a metal teeth clamp to maintain tightness. The teeth on this will puncture and rip your expensive dress shirt. Buy the strap shirt stays instead.

Great at keeping your shirt under your trousers, in a well-tucked position. However you will need a tight-fitting belt on top of that to make sure the elastic rubberised belt doesn’t simply grip your shirt and slide both the shirt and belt around underneath your trousers.

My use case for this belt is to keep a collared shirt tucked in with a duty belt as my work pants don’t have the inner rubber sewed in. I think that this is one of the better options out there, mind you, my case is in the more extreme use category for it. While the shirt does become untucked after a longer shift, I think for lighter use with just a dress shirt. It would probably be fine.
