Embark Pets Dog Harness, Illuminate Reflective, Medium, Blue, No-Pull

This is the best harness I have ever night. I have 2 dogs that pull & I have a hard time finding a strong, perfect fitting, harness thats light & doesn't cover their entire body so they have mobility to be a dog. I use this in place of a collar & they were it 24x7. I hope they bring it back bc it constantly say out of stock. I put my boy dog in pink bc I only trust this harness

I'm a big fan of embark's products. My dog uses the matching collar (fantastic) and we also have the adventure harness (great quality but maybe too hot for summer). I bought this to have a second harness, and one that would be better for hotter months. The reflective quality is impressive, and the adjustments are very easy to do. However, I'm only giving 4 stars because of a criticism I have of the design that I'm also suggesting a remedy for below. If your dog is not always cooperative with stepping into a harness or with having it pulled over their head, them this one is not for you. The head part is less bothersome than the stepping through for putting it on or taking it off. My long term, design improvement suggestion to embark would be to add a second buckle clasp to the chest/back and then make the leash attachment stationary so that it doesn't drift from side to side as it does in the current design. That would then make this a streamlined version of the adventure harness that would slip over the head and buckle around the belly without needing to get your dog to step through the harness.

I love this harness!!!. I bought it when my beagle Tucker was about 5 months old. I bought it so the measurements were just a tad to big for him ( not big enough that he'd slip out) just so that if he grew it would hopefully adjust big enough to last longer. Anyways I bought the medium size. And it was like I said a tad big but within a week or two he grew right into it and we even had to adjust it bigger in only a short time lol. I love the blue color and it's very sturdy. My Tucker wasn't much of a puller when we fist got it but now that he 9mo old he pulls a lot more. I do a safely check every time before we go outside just to make sure it's not ripped, loose, or torn. I am very happy with it. He never fought us on putting it on and now doesn't want it taken off lol. Reflectivity works great. Easy to put on and take off. It's still holding strong after 5 months of continuous use. My dog is now 32lbs and it still fits well with plenty of room to adjust if needed. I will definitely buy again.

Wanted a reflective harness not battery operated they always eventually stop working. This harness is very bright when any light hits it at night. Great for walks in the dark the dogs are very visible to cars. The only thing that would make it better would be slightly wider straps on Medium harness even wider belly strap for more reflective material.. overall love it.

This is the second harness that I own and was very excited to try it out. It took me a while to figure out how to adjust the harness and put on properly. Prior, I had a very simple and cheap harness that was a quick clip and go, but that just didn't last long. I enjoy a simple leash and collar combo, but my dog gets very excited when we go on walks and pulls from time to time, so a harness is a must. The harness is very sturdy, well-designed with a beautiful blue color, fits well, and reflective all around for safety. During the day the reflective is very vibrant and much brighter during the night. The illuminate harness has the clip towards the back (instead of the front) where the leash attaches to making the leash seem further back. Overall, I love the quality and will be using the harness often!

Rough material

It's a nice harness, but just expect it to be tight around your pupper. I got a small for small dogs and they don't fit. I'm leery about getting the next size cause I really dislike adjusting harnesses and having loops sticking out. Another negative thing is the measurements they give are only for the chest, not the neck. I will also say the harness is very stiff, which may make it uncomfortable for the dog, as we as more difficult to put on. I will give the company credit though for making a nice harness, that is actually in 1 piece. Too often dog harnesses have multiple pieces that fall apart and take too long to put on. They also answered my question about that quickly.

This is a really sturdy but light weight harness, with a matching collar available, which we also bought. It’s a lovely colour and as reflective qualities which will come into their own hopefully as the winter rolls in and it becomes darker in the mornings and evenings. We went for large and it fits both our Labrador and our German Shepherd. Putting it on is easy, straight over their head and one clip and it’s on. A decent strong ring on the back for clipping your leash to. We also have the Embark Adventure harness, this model is quicker to put on and weighs less, but doesn’t have the big handle on the back like the adventure harness. I think we’ll be using this one on “town walks” in the evenings where car headlights will make this stand out and make us more visible.

Sturdy material and fittings on this reflective harness. Size Medium is perfect for both my pugs aged 7 and 1 years old. The older pug has more rolls so harness needed slight adjustment to fit. My younger pug who is much slimmer with smaller rolls needed no adjustment the harness fit as is. The fittings are secure and I’m really happy with purchase. They look smart and incredibly cute 💖💖🐷🐷 A few months into wearing them, they do leave pink dye on fur when worn in rain! So we have pink pugs (pigs)

Love the colour and reflection on this harness, is very stiff which I worry is uncomfortable for my dog. Nice and sturdy though and trust it will last well, hoping as my dog grows and I can make the harness larger it won’t feel so stiff.

This harness is just perfect for those night time strolls, whether you're out in the countryside and worried about cars on dark country lanes being able to see you and your dog, or out in the town under the streetlights! This harness is super reflective and shines up under even a dim light. It's also great in my dark garden at night as you can shine a torch and immediately see where the dogs are with just a quick sweep! I love that it's minimal in design and not overly chunky, so it looks great on both big and smaller build dogs and doesn't damage or rub the fur when in use! The buckles have withstood my constant puller without any issues and the stitching is also very tough. We've had this harness for a couple of months now and can thoroughly recommend it, not just for night walks but for everyday use too!
