They fit all toes EXCEPT the big toe! Because they stretch, you'll find there are enough to fit all, including toe pinkie with the different sizes in the pack. However, for your big toe, I'd recommend Big Toe Cap Protector, 10 pcs - plenty in there to fit the largest of big toes. Or the biggest of large toes!

is it water proof? Can I use them while taking bath?

They are plastic and waterproof. They stretch over your toe so it all depends on how tight they are whether you can use in the bath. I use in the shower no problem.

I’m Losing my toe nail, which is very painful. Will this help. I’m going on a walking holiday in two weeks.
